Autopilot

This picture shows the mechanical set-up -essentially a 'clothesline' with a 12v motor at the center- ( when installed, this motor is protected from the elements). The motor could be, of course an original Autohelm, or even a standard tillerpilot, but in this case the correction would be only 5 or 6 in on each side compared to 2 ft on each side with the set up shown ),but the tiller pilot could be mounted permanently.
